Please note: This is a natural product and sometimes the first few pumps can be a little discolored. This is because air has gotten to the product and it has slightly oxidized at the very top. Just give it a few pumps to get to the fresh nectar below. Also, this comes in an airless vacuum pump bottle so there is no tube going down into the product. This is a slow action pump so please pump slowly to get the product to come out. Do not unscrew the pump portion of the bottle or it will break the seal.
